Springtime of the Soul

"Lent" comes from an Anglo Saxon word for springtime, and I have come to think of this season as a springtime for the soul. We break apart the hardness within our heart, toss away the obstacles to our becoming, and do anything we can to bring more life into the gardens of our souls.
